On this episode of the Nine Finger Chronicles, Dan is joined by fellow podcast, Beau Martonik for a BS Session about bowhunting whitetails and the great outdoors. The guys kick off the episode, by talking about growing up hunting in Pennsylvania and the hunting strategies he uses in the big woods chasing mature bucks in low density herds. They discuss accessing his favorite spots, terrain features deer use to travel, and wind and thermals.

The second half of the episode is about planning for the upcoming season, including where they plan to hunt and what species they plan to go after. This conversation also includes a discussion on preference points and over the counter tags and how they are planning for both short term and long terms hunts.
