Nick gives us a few easy and awesome ways to prepare our venison that is hopefully stocked up in the freezer from this past season. He gives a great steak recipe with some ideas that may surprise you as well as an easy and tasty ground meat recipe. We also talk about how to handle the meat after the initial kill and how long he likes to let them hang for maximum flavor.
